Sutera Winona House
Located in Alam Sutera, cluster Sutera Winona, a luxury house complex with modern facilities and newly built. A lovely client contacted me a few years back to help them make over their new house, so we decided to rip off all the house ceilings and transform almost all of the weaknesses into a luxurious house.
Backyard unwanted garden was transformed into this beautiful family chit chat afternon tea-time!

Bintaro House
BIntaro House portfolio designed and build by DMC Team. Thanks to our principal contractor Rendy Tanudjaja and interior team design Ita Kaware to make this house turned so pretty.

This house equiped with basement with second kitchen they use for heavy cooking, so the smell and smoke doesn’t transfer to the living room and bedroom. There is also a musholla place on the basement so when guests and the employee want to pray they can do it here in the basement floor.

Good air ventilation is crucial for any house in the world, at this house we can feel the air blew to our face even not using any aircon.
PT DUNEX LOGISTIC
Kali ini kami di beri kesempatan untuk mendesign lobby PT. Dunex Logistic yang berlokasi di Sunter Agung , Jakarta, sebelumnya kita sudah diberikan kepercayaan untuk mendesign beberapa ruang staff nya. Kali ini studio kami di beri kesempatan untuk bebas berkreasi mendesign lobby Dunex, suatu kehormatan untuk kami dapat mendesign salah satu perusahaan logistic ternama di Indonesia. Kami di beri kebebasan untuk berkreasi tanpa batas. Mengingat Dunex adalah perusahaan logistik nusantara, yang mana akan memiliki tema natural, dan lebih sustainable design ketimbang lavish design. Kami memikirkan design yang timeless yang mana 10-20 tahun kemudian tidak akan terlihat membosankan.

CEMPAKA PUTIH HOUSE
This new renovated house located in East Jakarta. The owner wanted to have a totally different look , with touch of luxury but still homey. I’m very excited at the first time because i knew it would be a great and successful make-over renovation. We ripped off the entire cieling and replace it with the modern look, and also we re-do the lighting instalation, we changed the color and add spotlights and indirect lamps on the cieling. Since this is the third project that the owner gave to us, we grew trust little by little until this time, and for this time they really listened and gave us full trust, and both of us are happy with the results!. Thanks for my loyal customers!
PT DUNEX LOGISTIC
We are very fortunate to have an opportunity be able to design PT Dunex Logistic. Dunex is one of the biggest logistic company in Indonesia. Located in Sunter, North Jakarta, with area of 220.000 m2 warehouse and office. This is actualy the second projects that Dunex gave us to designing thier space. This time, is the IT Room, one of the most important division in the company. Since, they managed thousands of trucks with a great system to keep it right on track. This room already has great base, great flooring, big windows (good lighting) and good cieling. The issue was the electical cord was a big mass, and the lay out not placed correctly. But now, with the same space, we can have more space with more organized, and have an extra of relax-chill area on the middle of the room.
Toge interactive office
I’m so happy have an opportunity to be chosen as their office designer of one of local company. I believe Indonesia can do better, and i believe i can present the best version of the design by showing their value. Toge Interactive is a world-known game developer made by young Indonesian. This project was so challenging, it’s lcoated in 17th floor building, with no ventilation , it’s a typical Indonesian office building, they dont think nowdays ventilation is important, and design is not just pretty but sustainable and functional. This office space has two floors in one unit. But, the second floor is too small, i think they not maximise the space very well, so i add more mezanine 1 meter. Done in three months with bunch of challanges, but we did it. So proud of my team, their endurance , consistency, and commintment that i highly appreciate.

This project we are having opportunities to doing the renovation. You can see the work in progress photos on the menu “Work In Progress”, it took about a year to renovate this 375 square meters house. And really loves what it turns out. Upcoming photos will be uploaded soon.

Start from a dream of having a “hotel” feels house. When i first met my client, meeting the whole family, get to know deeper into what they want and what the design they like. My conclusion ends on a luxury touch for the design. They love marbles, they love gold, and luxury stuff. So this house has many part using marble and gold touch on some area. The owner of the house is the legends on Indonesian sports athletes, we were very glad to had a chance to design their homes. They have been trusted us since few years back, and this time they gave us chance to handle their family house start from zero to end (from civil to interior). I want to make a mini “museum” a.k.a mini gallery on the entrance. Their Olympics medals proudly showed there with the pictures from 20 years a go (yes! it’s the same pictures from the news press 20 years a go). Short story, this is become one of DMC milestone to had a chance making a public figure’s house. And most importantly they love the results. Located in Kelapa Gading Permai, Jakarta Utara. This house has land area of 375 m2 and house area 1000m2. Completed in 2,5 years (include pandemic period PPKM).
Veranda Residences
The owner of the apartement is an eldery couple who assign us as interior designer. Previously they lived in spacious landed house but as the children grow up and get married and no longer live there an excessively big house is not a good choice for this couple. They then decide to move to simple apartement that is easer to handle on, easy to clean and maintain and keep esthetic look and beauty of the interior. They than ask DMC Interior to convert their small space into a 5 star hotel room. This Project is situated in Veranda Residences Suites located in Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. In my opinion, the advantage of this project is, it is strategically situated at the heart of the city with spectacular view of Jakarta. This unit has huge windows with two sides view. We also replaced the existing kitchen they got from the developer with clean and super luxury looks, even though I found many tricky things like wall structures passing over the kitchen, but luckily we can manipulate it!. We also did the cieling works, giving a touch of wood make this apartments looks warm and homey.
kensington royal suites - Addington Tower
Since the begining, I’ve been very excited to get involved in this project. The first important aspect for a successful project is to win full trust from the owner in designing their homes. And I feel confident that we can make this space more beautiful. This is our 3rd projects at Kensington Apartment Kelapa Gading. We know the inherent weaknesses like the room’s floor, ceiling design, and bathrooms granite tiles. So we focus on the bathroom’s granite tiles and replace them with marble-like granite tiles, also re-configure the lighting and ceiling, this already made a huge different and I’m so glad that the owner accept our idea to change the entire bedroom’s floors and swap it to Bottega marbles. This is also gave a huge impact of the room, more luxurious, of course. And i think that was the right decision to change the floorings and ceilings.

What i love about this project is working with the client that also love interior design. I love people who appreciate design, and preserve it with love. This whole house renovation really turns out really good and pretty. My favorite room is this kids bedroom, with very limited space we can have bed space and playing area in the same room.

This is my project done for rented apartment located in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta. It was a high end apartment targeted for expatriate clients who rents this unit. So i have to make it very nice good looking with budget friendly.
kensington royal suites - Addington Tower
Located in Kelapa Gading Permai, North Jakarta. Kensington Apartment was build under Summarecon developer, one of most trusted developer in Indonesia. This 150 square meters unit has 3+1 bedrooms, and 2 + 1 bathrooms. At this unit we replaced the storage room with open study corner next to the dining area.

Project done for an office space located in North Jakarta for PT. Kokoh Semesta, Cilincing. This was a CEO room, he likes Chinese tradition and likes warm tone ambience. So we mix matched it with accent of Chinese traditional pattern on the partition decoration. with modern and luxurious furniture.
